Stop Spraining Your Ankles

Ankles can take a beating in volleyball and learning how to strengthen and rehab them is a crucial skill to learn. Many young players rely on ankle braces as preventative devices; however, I believe that players need to strengthen and prevent injuries with proactive care. There are hundreds of ways to increase strength and gain stability, but this is one of the simplest ways to start. Use this routine every day and see how strong your ankles become...remember that strength and stability are your best defenses against injury.
