The setter and hitter camps are designed for athletes who want to establish themselves in a particular position. These sessions focus specifically on improving setting or hitting technique for improved execution during game situations. Setter and hitter camps offer excellent intensive training and promote skill enhancement through consistent repetition.
Setter Camp ($150.00): Learn proper hand position, footwork to the pass, and leadership skills. Practice the execution of various sets and patterns in game-like situations, learn to run different offenses, play steady right back defense and start every game with a great serve. This camp is on the list for anyone desiring to become a better setter.
Hitter Camp ($175.00): Become a terminator on your team in no time flat, with proper arm-swing, hand contact and footwork to the ball. From the beginner to the advanced, every player will learn to become a better attacker. Hitter camps teach all the elements of a strong attack and will make you a confident hitter from your desired position. Expert advice for middles, outsides and right sides will polish your game and take it to the next level. Learn how to score against a double block and improve your timing for two's, slides, shoots and quick sets. Combinations, back-row attacks and blocking will also be covered in this intensive three-day camp.
