June camp applications postmarked on or after May 1
will carry a $25.00 late fee, applicable to all camp sessions ($15 for all One-Day Clinics). July camp applications
postmarked on or after June 1 will carry a $25.00 late
fee, applicable to all camp sessions ($15 for all One-Day Clinics). Full tuition must be paid with application. Faxed
applications must be paid with a credit card at time
of registration
